After sales service:
1 - Reactivity: When a client contacts our after-sales service, it is necessary in an emergency .That is why the responsiveness of our teams is essential: our consultants always strive to provide the intervention of a technician within three days.
2 - Listen and advice: The quality of our after sales service is also played in front of the intervention, when telephone contact between our client and our service advisor.
